To the son of man all praise and glory to him.

Hi, I am writing after many days that is because I don't have
internet connection in office and I reach home lately.

Well the thought for today is regarding Abraham and Saul

Abraham was blessed by God

Genesis 12:1 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will show thee:

Genesis 12:2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

Genesis 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

but Saul was removed from God's covenant

1 Samuel 15:10 Then came the word of the LORD unto Samuel, saying,

1 Samuel 15:11 It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night.

what was the reason for that

It was because Abraham obeyed God against all odds, but Saul looked for gain apart
from what the Lord had commanded. Therefore we should obey God without fear of retribution or any temptation of gain. We should give him glory above ourselves.

One more verse that has come to attention is that of Micah about the last days most people think that in the last days sin and iniquity shall increase but this verse says grace shall increase even beyond that

Micah 4:1 But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.

Micah 4:2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

Micah 4:3 And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

Micah 4:4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it.

Micah 4:5 For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and ever.

One more verse is also shows the need to abide in God to lead a righteous life. Righteousness apart from God is not only difficult but also dangerous.

Eccleasiates 7:16 Be not righteous over much; neither make thyself over wise: why shouldest thou destroy thyself ?

Eccleasiates 7:17 Be not over much wicked, neither be thou foolish: why shouldest thou die before thy time?

Eccleasiates 7:18 It is good that thou shouldest take hold of this; yea, also from this withdraw not thine hand: for he that feareth God shall come forth of them all.

All praise and glory to God and his Son Jesus Christ for enlightening the way and showing the way. Amen

To the son of man all praise and glory to him.

Hi,
It has been the greatest moment of my life. Standing before the great congregrations
of angels and the heavenly host, it looks like my greatest prayers my greatest wants
have been answered by the mighty God. Finally after 3 years and 8 months I got a
job with the same skill set(or even better) and a better salary than I had before.
Yet my heart is not filled with any rejoicing or glory in myself except the glory
in the Lord My God and his Son Jesus Christ. It does even seem to acknowledge the
length, the harshness and the amazing and unimaginable victory that has been
achieved. It only seems to know one thing that it abides in Jesus and that is the
greatest victory ever won. For victory in the world is guaranteed only to those
that abide in him, those who look unto him. At moments the mind lingereth whether
this is a victory really won? are there more battles ahead? but then it knows
nothing is impossible for him who abides in the shadow of the almighty. But why am
I glorifying myself , why is it me me me. No it is us us us. We who abide in the
shadow of the almighty . It is we who have the greatest battle ever fought. But not
we but the Christ that lives in us that took our part that fought the enemy for us.
I shall abide , I shall abide in the victory , the shadow , the cover
of the almighty. In foolishness will I praise him. In foolishness will I worship
him. In foolishness will I adore him. Amen
